AUGUST 6 – DAY OF COMPASSION

The Earth and Man National Museum notes the “Day of Compassion” dedicated to the compassion for the victims of atomic blasts, wars and terrorism. The day is consonant with the efforts of millions of people to make the Earth a world of a sustainable development where people will live in harmony with nature and among themselves.

On this day, the museum exposes “The Stone of Hirosima”, a witness to one of the biggest tragedies in the human history, the atomic bomb explosion on August 6, 1945.
